I provide professional online therapy for adults 18+ in Greater Manchester, across the UK and beyond. As a senior BACP-accredited integrative therapist, qualified CBT therapist, and trauma-informed practitioner with 15 years’ experience, I support individuals facing depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem issues, loss and major life transitions. My trauma-informed, integrative approach blends evidence-based methods to promote emotional safety, resilience, and lasting change. I offer a confidential, supportive space for effective individual therapy.

My approach combines compassion with honesty. I’ll listen carefully and help you look at things from new angles. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of feeling more at ease and find ways to move forward that feels realistic and meaningful for you. Some people come wanting practical tools for day-to-day life; others want to explore deeper experiences of past events. However we work, my aim is to help you find relief, to live well and move towards a life that feels more balanced, joyful and free.

Free 10-minute consultation – by arrangement
Individual therapy: £60/hour, £30/additional 30 mins
Supervision: £75/90 mins, £25/additional 30 mins
Availability: Weekday evenings (6–8 PM), Friday mornings (8 AM–2 PM)
