Online Trauma Therapy & Counselling For Adults Across the UK.

I am a senior BACP-accredited integrative therapist, qualified CBT therapist, and trauma-informed practitioner with over 15 years of experience.

My background includes 20 years working as a scientist within the NHS and several years supporting emergency service professionals, experiences that continue to shape the way I work — combining compassion, honesty and evidence-based practice.

I offer an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to support your individual needs and experiences. My aim is to create a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you feel truly heard, understood and supported.

Together, we’ll explore what may be getting in the way of feeling more at ease, helping you gain perspective, understand emotional patterns, and find ways forward that feel realistic and meaningful for you.

Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, wherever you are in the UK.

Sessions take place securely online via Zoom or Teams and can offer the same depth, connection and effectiveness as face-to-face therapy. Many people find online therapy easier to fit around work, family life or existing commitments, while also feeling more comfortable opening up from familiar surroundings.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to coping alone.

The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, what support you’re looking for, and whether working together feels right for you.

Therapy is collaborative and moves at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

I work within the ethical framework of the BACP and engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to support safe, ethical and effective practice.

All sessions are confidential and handled with care in line with GDPR requirements.
