Reflective, supportive supervision for therapists.
Introduction
I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist offering one-to-one clinical supervision for individual qualified counsellors and psychotherapists across the UK.
If you’re seeking a supervision space to reflect on your work, navigate complex cases, or deepen your clinical skills, I provide a supportive environment tailored to your individual needs.
Supervision is not only about maintaining ethical and professional standards—it’s also about supporting you as a practitioner, ensuring sustainability, wellbeing, and continued growth.

Therapeutic Style and Qualifications
I am an integrative practitioner with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies.
As an accredited member of the BACP, I work within their ethical framework, integrating knowledge from various therapeutic modalities to provide flexible, reflective, and relational supervision.
My aim is to help you feel confident, supported, and ethically grounded in your clinical work.

Experience
Before qualifying as a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Biomedical Scientist with the NHS, developing a deep appreciation for both scientific and human perspectives. Therapeutically, I have worked with the Samaritans, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust, NHS IAPT peripatetic services, for a Lancashire Drug and Alcohol service, in a variety of charitable sector settings and in a Tier 3 NHS weight management service. Nowadays, as well as private practice I also work part-time as a psychotherapist with the emergency services.
How I Work
I offer a reflective space for clinical supervision where we can explore all aspects of your therapeutic work—practical, emotional, and ethical.
While our focus is on the safety and welfare of your clients, we also attend closely to your wellbeing and the impact your work has on you.
Supervision is a collaborative relationship, grounded in openness, curiosity, and trust. I aim to create a setting where we can safely explore challenges, uncertainties, and the parts of practice that sometimes get overlooked—
including the celebration of your successes.
Sessions take place online (via Zoom or Teams) at a frequency that suits your caseload and professional requirements.. I’d be happy to help. Get in touch.
